Supporting Site Preparedness

We help our communities become more competitive by supporting site due diligence initiatives. From 2018 to the present, we have invested over $200,000 in site due diligence efforts across our service territory. This strategic investment helps new and growing businesses make quicker and more efficient location decisions.

Local Knowledge & Expertise

Our team has nearly 50 years in combined economic development experience. Whether it’s helping our communities find the perfect place for an industrial building or tapping into our network of relationships, we're your roadmap to local resources for your industry.

Educating the Profession

Each year we offer an array of webinars to our community partners that provides relevant economic development information. We also provide annual Ohio Economic Development Association grants to economic development professionals in our Ohio service territory.
