Some generation suppliers bill separately. If you receive an electric bill from AEP Ohio and another company for the same account, then you have a different generation supplier.
If you only receive one electric bill (more common), then look at the Line Item Charges section. If you see another company listed with current charges, then you have a different generation supplier. If AEP Ohio is the only one, then AEP Ohio is your generation supplier.
“Remember User ID” helps you log in without having to memorize your ID or look it up every time. When you opt in, we automatically fill in your ID from then on. To avoid unauthorized access, you’ll still have to enter your password.
