Thank you for your patience.
As part of our continued work, we are upgrading equipment to improve the reliability of the electric service in your community. In August 2021, our forestry team also finished an additional round of trimming or removing trees that could threaten our power lines.
Beginning in 2022, equipment called sensors will be installed along the power lines and equipment that feed power to the area. These sensors will help identify equipment issues before an outage occurs or help crews pinpoint causes after a power outage takes place and can assist in speeding up restoration efforts.
We are committed to keeping you informed and minimizing the impact to nearby homes, businesses and the environment throughout the duration of this project. Please visit this page periodically for project updates.
