Rate Ready Billing

We offer Rate Ready billing as a billing option to CRES Providers registered in our service territory. Register with AEP Ohio.

To gain access to the Business Partner Portal for entering and managing your rate ready rates, email ohiochoiceoperation@aep.com to request access. Once we approve your registration to the web site you will be given access to enter rates into the Business Partner Portal. Only one CRES Administrator (Broker) per supplier will be approved initially by AEP. The CRES Administrator can register multiple users within their company. All users must be approved by an AEP Administrator.

It is important to note, that once a rate is entered and approved in the Business Partner Portal by a CRES user, it cannot be modified or edited. It is the supplier's responsibility to change their customer to the appropriate rate.
