Ohio Neighbor To Neighbor Program

The AEP Ohio Neighbor to Neighbor Fund, administered by Dollar Energy Fund, will will assist low-income AEP Ohio customers who have difficulty paying their electric bill.

We will match every donation to the Neighbor to Neighbor Program and 100% of your donation and the matching funds will help a low-income family in Ohio.

WV Utility Assistance Program

Just a few extra dollars a month can help a neighbor in need. The West Virginia Utility Assistance Program is administered by Dollar Energy to help pay electric bills for low income customers in our West Virginia service territory.

We will match every donation to the West Virginia Utility Assistance Program and 100% of your donation and the matching funds will help a low-income family in West Virginia.
